Story inputs — Character names, settings, genre preferences, and other creative inputs you provide when generating stories. These are used solely to generate your story and are not stored long-term.

Session cookies — Used to maintain your login state and session. These are essential for the Service to function.
Usage data — We record the type of story generated and word counts for internal analytics. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

Information we do NOT collect:

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels
We do not collect browsing history or behavior across other websites
We do not collect your location, device identifiers, or IP addresses for tracking purposes
We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

3. How We Share Your Information

Anthropic — Provides AI story generation. Your story inputs (character names, settings, etc.) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate stories. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
ElevenLabs — Provides text-to-speech narration. Generated story text is sent to ElevenLabs' API for audio conversion. See ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy.
fal.ai — Provides alternate text-to-speech narration via Qwen3-TTS. Generated story text may be sent to fal.ai's API if this service is selected.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

4. Data Storage and Security

Purchase records are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database.
Session data is stored in your browser and on our server during your active session.
Generated stories and audio files are delivered directly to your browser for download and are not permanently stored on our servers.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies necessary for the Service to function:

Session cookie — Maintains your login state and session. This cookie expires when you close your browser or clear your cookies.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking cookies.
